Results: Knowledge or experience?

In this first hypothetical scenario, you need to hire someone to work for your company. I realize you would need more information to make the decision. However, for the purpose of this survey, you must choose between knowledge or experience. Each candidate is the same gender, same race, and same age. One recently obtained their college degree related to the available job. The other candidate has 10 years of work-related experience. Which would you hire?

Naked and Afraid: Old School vs New School. If two people from a modern society like the United States or Canada are left stranded in an isolated area and two people from an otherwise uncontacted tribe in Brazil are also left in a different isolated area unfamiliar to them, who would fare better? Neither team has a camera crew following them and they will be there for 10 years, if they survive that long. This may seem like an easy choice, but we are also going to give the modern team smart phones and internet access... The phones have batteries that never run down and they don't have to pay for the internet. They just have the added resource of information, not the ability to contact or interact with other people.

Of course, we gain knowledge from any experience we have. I believe we should make an ongoing effort to maintain balance in our lives. If forced to choose one of the following areas that you wish to have more of in your life or to do more of, which would it be?
