Saint Kitts, also known as Saint Christopher Island, has a strict law against using profanity in public, and failure to comply could get you arrested. Rapper 50 Cent let a curse word slip at a concert in 2016, and he was detained and fined for using "indecent language" during that performance. He was held in custody briefly, paid a fine of approximately EC$3,000 (roughly US$1,100), and was released to leave the country after his court appearance. Are you an occasional swearer?
