Results: Making surveys easier, redundant questions and being disqualified after completing the entire survey.
These are my pet peeves about surveys...

Should you be able to always hit ENTER to proceed to the next question instead of having to use your mouse or pointer to click the NEXT or Arrow buttons to go to the next page, especially those of us who use a desktop computer? Yes

Pre-screener questions that ask certain questions and then they are asked again once you get into the full survey. Do you feel this is a waste of time? (admin note: Sometimes the pre screener software is not connected to the software the supplier used for the survey which is why it can be asked twice) Yes

And lastly, I HATE spending "X" amount of time completing an entire survey only to get to the last page where it says Thank You For Your Time or Survey Completed...only to be brought to a page that says you "Thank you for your participation but unfortunately you don't qualify." (Admin note: Please contact us at support@tellwut.com if these issues happen. We unfortunately cannot control them but we can add any points necessary and contact the suppler) Contact support?
