Results: Misleading times for surveys
Surveys page shows one time, actual survey shows a different time
Admin note: The time we show is either the real time length it is taking members to complete, or if no one has taken the survey yet, it will show the length that the supplier input via the system. Our time should be more accurate if members have been completing the survey, since it updates in real time. Before taking a survey i will take a quick screenshot of that survey button for reference, particularly the time required and the points. I am noticing more often that once it goes into the survey that the times for the survey change, sometimes very little, sometimes double or more the amount of time. As soon as i get one of these surveys, I close it right away because of the bait & switch. Do you find this misleading to get you to click that survey? Yes
