Weird question that i just thought of yesterday when i encountered one of these situations, it made me wonder if others thought the way i did about etiquette in public.

When walking in a public place, if you are going to turn onto a blind corner, like from one hallway to the other, where you can't see if anyone is coming, lets say you are turning left. Do you take a wide turn in case someone is coming from the other way so you don't accidently run into someone turning right? Yes

Now lets say you are in the same situation but are turning right. Do you then hug the wall or corner because you assume anyone coming the other way will give you a wider birth? Yes
