Summer is here and the heat here has crawled into the 100's today and is forecast that way for the rest of the week. Today we suffered our second brown-out in a week's time. A brownout is when the power doesn’t fully go out, but the electricity supply drops, causing lights to dim and devices to run weakly or act strangely.
