That Darn Cat has asked whether I would support a government funded effort to promote literacy in farm animals and another how I would vote on an amendment to our state constitution forbidding the use of the letter "M" in state documents. Am all for improved literacy, but think the livestock are the farmer's responsibility, so do not support that measure. And the name of my hometown starts with the letter "M", so, yeah. Nope. Although I've been asked about these issues numerous times, am still mildly amused. Are you sometimes amused by the attention checks and/or methods of determining your status as "human" in any surveys you take?

This morning, midway through a survey, That Darn Cat gave me a vocabulary quiz. I was disappointed in myself for scoring only 8/10 correctly, but the Cat was very sweet about it. Still, am not sure what the point of this might be. What do you think it was?
