Inferential statistics infers from sample data what the population might think or know. So, TW community, from the list of top 40 movies, that supposedly have been seen by everyone, I want to know which ones you have seen. When the survey is over, the results will show the most popular movies seen by the TW community, then I can see if it matches with the national survey. Thus testing inferential statistics.
