For a while now, Sprint, one of the cell phone network providers, has been advertising that if Verizon, AT&T or T-Mobile customers switch, they can get the same coverage for 1/2 the cost.

When we switched, the sales rep asked for our address and after looking it up on the computer, told us, "Oh! You guys are right on the edge of a really good coverage area!" We found out - after the fact - that we are right on the BAD edge of a really good coverage area. 3 blocks south of us is pristine service, but there is virtually none at our house. Have you ever been lied to by a sales rep?
