Was watching my heartthrob, Jvit Pai (FCC Commissioner [Federal Communications Commission]) this morning, and heard some terminology that I want to know if you are familiar with. "Slamming": changing the long distance carriers of numerous consumers without first verifying that the consumers had authorized the change. Have you heard of slamming before?
