When you are shopping at places that are allowed to accept offers, such as garage sales or flea markets, (in other words, exclude cars dealerships, house buying and other high dollar items) do you try to make a deal with the seller? Yes, I always try to get the lowest price that I can, if I can.

If you were a seller, would you rather people just take it or leave it, or would you rather they throw you an offer? I would probably be open to making a deal.
