With that kind of money I could start a self-funding charity to help parents and children to prevent children from turning to crime as young adults. It would be in a trust to be invested to maintain the charity for quite a long time, hopefully. I always thought the key to stopping crime was to stop creating criminals and that has to start with children and parents.
