A former CNN producer who had pleaded guilty to luring a 9-year-old girl into illegal sexual acts was sentenced Tuesday 06/20/2023 to more than 19 years in prison and an additional 15 years of supervised release during a U.S. District Court hearing in Vermont. Have you heard of this despicable crime against a young child?

According to court records, the perpetrator met a woman on a website during the summer of 2020 and persuaded the woman to bring her daughter to his Ludlow, Vermont, ski home for sexual activity. He paid them to fly from Nevada to Boston, picked them up and drove them to his Vermont home where the girl said he sexually assaulted her. Now, what astound me is NOT a thing was done to the mother despite she knowingly permitted this crime on her child??? Do you think the mother is as guilty as the perpetrator in this case? What kind of mother would do that to your young child?
