Results: New OK state library advisory committee member vows, "We will get porn out of schools!"

Oklahoma State Superintendent of Public Instruction Ryan Walters noted that he is "proud to have her on our team. Do you agree that having a woman who is a staunch supporter of protecting children from harmful material is a good choice for a school media advisory committee?

"Chaya is on the front lines showing the world exactly what the radical left is all about — lowering standards, porn in schools, and pushing woke indoctrination on our kids," Walters said in a statement. "Because of her work, families across the country know just what is going on in schools around the country. Chaya has a much-needed and powerful voice as well as a tremendous platform that will benefit Oklahoma students and their families." Do you agree that the changes championed by the radical left: allowing biological males to compete against girls (& change in their locker rooms) as long as they call themselves female, regardless of their genitalia; implanting in school libraries LGBTQ-themed material (some of which is essentially pornography, complete with graphic illustrations) and teaching/encouraging children to change their biological gender without their parents' consent have been detrimental to children - and harmful to our society as a whole?

In a post on X, Raichik responded to the announcement by declaring, "WE WILL GET PORN OUT OF SCHOOLS!" Do you agree that sexually-themed material - of any sort - has no place in schools?

Oklahoma state Rep. Jacob Rosecrants, a Democrat, responded to the news by claiming that it "isn't a good thing for Oklahoma" and accusing Walters of being "way into far-right national stuff rather than, ya know, superintendent-ing our public schools here in OK." It always seems a Democrat somewhere is trying to blast conservatives for trying to protect our children. Do you agree with Rosecrants that someone trying to prevent school children from being subject to inappropriate material is "far-right" and should not be allowed?

In support of a measure to display the 10 Commandments in schools, Walters said, "The breakdown in classroom discipline over the past 40 years is in no small measure due to the elimination of the Ten Commandments as guideposts for student behavior," Walters said in a statement earlier this month. "I will continue to fight against state-sponsored atheism that has caused society to go downhill." Do you agree that the removal of Judeo-Christian values has at least somewhat contributed to lack of discipline - and an increase in violence - in classrooms across the country?
