Example: I dropped the egg on the floor. Why? I tripped over the toys my toddler left there. Why? Because I neglected to be "situationally aware" before I walked across the kitchen. Why? I was thinking about my mom. Why? I miss her. So the solution is to call your mom (if possible) or visit her (if possible) moreso than cleaning up the toys. Make sense? Clear as mud.

I have noticed recently that in Facebook Reels there are REALLY interesting stories and when I google them for more information, I discover they are FAKE. Example is attached. Have you also noticed this?

When you google the "story" it turns out that all of the "proof" of the story is recently dated. This supposedly happened in the 80s but never made the news until a month ago??? Pretty sketchy, right?

Using the 5 whys you can discover that the root cause of WHY this would be happening is to make people more and more gullible so they just accept whatever someone else tells them without looking into it. Do you look into information you are told is true to ensure you are not being duped? Yes
