Twenty-one passengers were taken to hospital in Calgary, for multiple e injuries sustained from severe turbulence. According to a passenger, "The fellow sitting in front of me went flying up, hit the ceiling and came flying down". "Everything went flying: newspapers, blankets, cellphones, glasses. They were just flying all over the place.
