This includes using a name that differs from their legal name, except for commonly recognized diminutives, and using pronouns that do not align with their biological sex or gender on official records. Additionally, parents must be notified if a student uses a restroom designated for the opposite sex or participates in athletic activities intended for the opposite gender.
