Dianne Feinstein, Democrat from California and member of the House, is 90 years old. She was absent from Congress for 2 months because of illness. When she returned, she seemed disoriented reported Kenny Holston of the New York Times. She has repeatedly said she will not resign. Mitch McConnell, Republican Senator from Kentucky who is 81, had a serious fall in March that resulted in a concussion. He has since "frozen" during a speech at least twice. He has stated that he will finish out His term which runs until January 2027. He will be 85.
