As Joe Biden was leaving for Christmas break on Saturday, his staffers weren't paying attention and he attempted to answer a few questions from the media. One on the economy telegraphed the Biden 2024 campaign message: "The fundamentals of the economy are strong, but the media won't report on it the way we want them to."

There's something that's totally adorable at Democrats complaining about the media not being helpful ENOUGH to them. Do you find it humorous that the media is finally not showing such a strong bias in favor of the Democrats (at least not Joe Biden since polls have revealed his lack of approval by a majority of Americans) and they are complaining that they aren't reporting things "the right way?"

I'm curious what Joe Biden thinks is the "right way" to report on his economy. As opposed to reporting: +20.5% more for food at home; +24% more for eggs; +16.7% more for milk; +18.5% more for housing; +36.2% in credit card debt; MINUS 7.5% in disposable income. Do these numbers make you think Bidenomics is actually working well for the overall economy - regardless of what the Biden administration is trying to claim?

Everyone who has functioning eyes and can read the data. They read their grocery receipts. They can read the number on the gas pump. They read the numbers on both their credit card bills and their savings account, and see the discrepancy between the two. All the cherry-picked data in the world don't matter when real people FEEL how everything is more expensive than it was pre-Biden: gas, food, basic groceries, heating your house, etc. Bidenomics is telling people who are struggling, "Quit complaining, you don't know how well you actually have it." Have you noticed an overall increase in prices since Biden took office?

The only data that matters to voters is what I call the "me and everyone I know" metric. Assign a number to yourself based on your job status and how expensive you find everything (food, gas, utilities, etc.). Plus one for everyone you know who is doing okay. Minus one for everyone you know who is not. That's the only number that matters to people when they vote, and it is how they judge the people they vote for. Have you heard of Biden's sinking poll numbers - currently only 39% (despite how well he claims everything is going economically for the U.S.)?

If you pay bills, the number looks very bad for Joe Biden. If you don't or are looking for the government to pay your bills, then Biden might have a chance. Would you be confident voting for Biden to a second term in the White House based on how things are ACTUALLY going economically for the country?
