The USA is over 100 years old and has had 45 presidents and then Trump. No other president has ever been charged criminally before, during or after his term of office except Trump. Trump has been charged with 91 felonies. Trump claims that a president cannot do his job with absolute immunity from criminal charges. If this is true how did the other 45 presidents managed to do their jobs? They fixed it so the charges 'went away'.

If this defence is true what is stopping President Biden from ripping up the Constitution and the Bill of Rights and declaring himself dictator for life which is what Trump plans to do. Then he can make the GOP a domestic terrorist organization and jail Trump and his family, friends, supporters and cronies without trial for life. That is the obvious conclusion of this defence. Do you think this is a good idea for President Biden to do? If it gets rid of Trump I am all for it.
