Right before any changes were made to Social Security my bank account was hacked. Not my card but the entire account. The bank put a freeze on the account until it was fixed.

The bank manager said maybe it would be quicker to call Social Security. That is what I did. I was on hold for 4 hours, not a typo 4 hours to speak to someone. Do you find this crazy? Yes

You may ask why I waited 4 long hours. The answer is simple. If I did it online, it would have taken 2 months for the change to occur. Now trump just changed phone calls to only allow certain small things to be done over the phone. You need to be verified, which is a good thing, if your tech savvy. Are you tech savvy enough to do this? Yes

The trump administration is also closing many field branches. This means the elderly and disabled need to leave their home, and travel farther than before. As with fewer branches and now less call service, you will need to wait much longer than the average month to get an appointment. Is this the way government should work for its people? Yes
