The term "assassination culture" has been used lately in my reading reading and radio listening I do regarding politics Specifically, in light of the 2024 assassination attempts against US President Donald Trump and the murder of United Healthcare C.E.O. Brian Thompson, the term refers to justifying the killing of politicians and other public figures an assassin finds ideologically, even morally disagreeable. More broadly, the term can include violence perpetrated against businesses and products (and those products' owners) associated with figures not to the liking of those attacking, such as the assaults on Tesla car dealerships, Tesla vehicles and their owners because of their affiliation with Elon Musk heading the Department Of Government Efficiency founded by President Trump. Before reading this question, were you familiar with the phenomenon of assassination culture?

Are you surprised by findings that some left-leaning individuals express justification for political violence against public figures like Trump or Musk?

To name only those individuals cited in the first question, did or would you verbalize approval of , either entirely or to some extent, the assassination attempts and other violence committed against people and property affiliated with the following and their products and businesses?

Even if you initially applauded the assassination attempts, etc. aaginst the aforementioned men and consumers & retailers of at least one of those men's products, are you at all fearful of assassination culture--as abetted by social media memes, bumper stickers, the rhetoric of Democrat politicians and other means--nurturing incivility that could evetually descend to more threats against and deaths of non-politicians including non-executive suite businesspeople?

If you've exprssed support for any of the recent assassinations and attempts thereto discussed in the previous questions, have you repented of, or at least regretted, making your support made known to those you've voiced such approval?
