2. I feel that this is especially the case with news media. Those outlets with a clear political bias (like MSNBC or Fox) constantly tout the good efforts and record of their side, while demeaning and/or dismissing the good efforts and record of the other side - as well as dismissing/ignoring the faults in their own side. Do you feel this way as well?
3. For example, up until the presidential debate, it seemed like all democrat leaning news sources would talk up Biden and dismiss any claims or concerns about his electability. Even after the debate, there were a few cracks in that facade, but most democrats publicly maintained loyalty to Biden right up until he pulled out of the race. It seemed to me that they took the stance that Biden could do no wrong, and Trump could do no right. Do you feel the same way?
4. On the flip side, it seems like no matter what Trump does, most republicans line up behind him. Example - with the deportation of Kilmar Abrego Garcia, the Trump administration has maintained that he is a gang member, a violent and dangerous person. When pressed for details in court, the Trump legal team has not backed this up. But in the court of public opinion (news), Trump maintains the story of Kilmar being dangerous and even doubles down on it. It seems to me that most Trump supports behave like Trump can do no wrong, and anyone who disagrees has TDS. Do you feel this way?
5. As long as we are always talking about how terrible the other side is, then we will always vote for our side, and never for the other side or anyone else. Are we just dancing to the tune all the different politicians are playing?
6. For our Canadian friends - I know you see a lot more US politics than you want to, hopefully the N/As provided here at least get you some points to make up for dealing with all of the US dirty laundry that we air so often. For everyone: are you at least glad that there are survey points to be had from all of these surveys?
