Results: Justice Amy Coney Barrett says country is not in a 'constitutional crisis'

Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett said Thursday she does not believe the U.S. is in a constitutional crisis, despite tensions between President Trump’s administration and the judiciary. “I think the Constitution is alive and well,” Barrett said in an interview with Bari Weiss. She added, “I don’t think that we are currently in a constitutional crisis… our country remains committed to the rule of law. I think we have functioning courts.”
