this survey asks two very different questions. 0.06% 1
it was his campaign money & no where does it say what it has to be spent on. & just because he's not physically disabled, doesn't mean he's not mentally disabled-which he is, & he, as well as everyone else with a mental disability, should receive compensation for it. we have bigger things to worry a 0.06% 1

first off, disability is paid from social security funds and secondly, most people collecting have never contributed anything to the ss fund. no wonder ss is going broke, it is being used for things besides retirement payments to those who paid into it. 0.06% 1
mental is a disability just the same as physical, but i would make him visit a state doctor to agree that he is or isn't in a state of mental disability that would warrant getting money for it every other year or so (otherwise i'm going to go get diagnosed as bi-polar to get free money) 0.06% 1
not all disabilities are physical, but he should not get any more than an ordinary citizen who is bi-polar. 0.06% 1
how does he get 8700 it can't be social security, that is more than the maximum payout and it he gets it from a fromer employer, it is still too much. i have no problem with bi-polar being considered a disability just the erroneous amount since no one else on disabilty gets that much 0.06% 1
