Results: French President Splurges On Hair

Being a politician can be quite costly. Since taking office in 2012, French President Hollande has paid nearly €10,000 (or about $11,000) to upkeep his hair. That is approximately $132,000 annually. In defence of the Preseident, Agriculture Minister Stephane Le Foll, has stated that the six-figure salary is necessary. “Everyone gets haircuts" and “This hairdresser had to abandon his salon and he’s on tap 24 hours a day.”
