Iconic singer Aretha Franklin did not possess a trust or a will when she died. Aretha's four sons have filed a document citing that they want to be listed as interesting parties. Aretha's lawyer Don Wilson is concerned about the singers estate stating that, "any time they don't leave a trust or will, there always ends up being a fight."
