Recently, Martha Stewart has set a record and upheld her icon status, this time as a cover model for Sports Illustrated 2023 Swimsuit issue at the age of 81. According to Martha, this is a "testament to good living". Are you aware of this record set by Martha Stewart?

Martha said "I think that all of us should think about good living, successful living and not about aging". Well, it's easier for her to talk about "good living and not aging" with the privileges and wealth that she has than normal people struggling with daily living. Martha Stewart said she did take a few extra steps to get ready. "I didn't starve myself, but I didn't eat any bread or pasta for a couple months. I went to Pilates every other day … I live a clean life anyway. Good diet and good exercise and healthy skin care and all of that stuff, but it was kind of fun." Do you really believe she did not need any cosmetic procedure to maintain her look at the age of 81?

In the past few decades or so, Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Editions have featured models of different ages group, ethnicity,... but last and not least Leyna Bloom was the first trans person to be on the cover of S.I swimsuit issue. Leyna said "Many girls like us don't have the chance to live our dreams, or to live long at all. I hope my cover empowers those, who are struggling to be seen, feel valued."
