1. I am not a big fan of Elvis. Personally I find his music rather "unremarkable", and I know I may be in the minority, but find most remakes of Elvis songs far superior to his renditions. The new Elvis movie, by Baz Luhrmann, which is coming to theatres June 24, features my favourite song by Elvis, If I Can Dream done by Måneskin (last year's Eurovision winners) and in my opinion, they do a far better version with much more feeling. If you have heard Elvis's version, which do you like better?

2. Elvis Presley first recorded Can't Help Falling In Love in 1961, with UB40 having the most successful version three decades later. I was at a wedding several years ago, and the couple's first dance was to a slower version by Ingrid Michaelson (one of my favourite singers), which I loved. If you are familiar with Elvis's original, which do you like best?
