Smooth music barely exists in this century after the year 2000 and only a few artists managed to carry on with that type of smooth music. I'll bet most of you Tellwuters have never heard of them. Indie synthwave songs are not included in this list.

Charlie Puth's See You Again. Although Wiz Khalifa and other writers co-wrote the song with Charlie Puth, the technical problem why I didn't like it at first was the unnecessary usage of rap and hip-hop to honor the late Paul Walker, especially for a Fast & Furious movie soundtrack. It totally ruined the track! I mean Charlie Puth's version is far better than Wiz Khalifa's version by a million leagues! This remixed version without the rap I found is almost alike to the one heard in smooth music airplay. Tell what you think.
