Even before the show is officially aired, it's been rumored that due the age and maturity of the contestants, the show will not be as interested as the young Bachelor/Bachelorette shows which have plenty of cat fights, sexual tension, sexiness,... I for one will tune in to watch as I can relate more to these folks. Do you think the age and maturity of the contestants make the show less interested, especially with younger audience?

As the writers' strike drags on with no end in sight. Network TV has to find ways to replace scripted shows with reality shows and "Golden Bachelor" is just one that will fill the needs. Some people predict perhaps the next twist in this franchise will be same sex Bachelor/Bachelorette as gay folks are looking for love too.
