Attack of the Killer Tomatoes. This ran for 2 seasons on Fox. Based on the 1978 film of the same name which was a parody of giant menace movies of the 1970s. The cartoon got a chance to exist because of a highly rated episode of The Muppet Babies that featured clips of the original movie. Have you seen this?

Dumb and Dumber the Animated Series. I had no idea this existed at all until i was looking up shows for this questions. Only running 13 episodes it featured the voices of Matt Frewer of Max Headroom fame and Bill Fa*erbakke (couldn't type the name because TW didn't like the word in this guys name) who voices Patrick Star on Spongebob. Have you seen this?
