Results: Preserving Ruby Red Slippers

The Smithsonian museum has launched a Kickstarter campaign to raise $300,000 in order to preserve its pair of ruby red slippers from the iconic film "The Wizard of Oz." The museum wants to use the money to create a technologically advanced display case that will preserve the shoes.The campaign seems to be sucessful, as $239,000 has been raised since Friday.
