Results: So, I Got My Head Pretty Well Shaved...

Per this survey's title, my pate is about 1/8" short of being completely clean-shaven. For whatever reasoh, have you had your head shaven?

I enjoy my noggin's current look, but it was a something of a mistake as to how I got it. I'd told the cosmetology school student giving me a haircut (her last before graduating), while pointing to one of my ears, that I'd wanted my hair cut one-eighth inch below my hairline. I've already told you how it worked out! Whether you were (nearly) made bald out of it, were you ever given more of a haircut than you expected?

I've already receved several compliments on being just about chrome-domed (it's been less than a week after The Big Cut that I'm writing this). I'm appreciative, but would that more of those kudos come from single women I'd like to date! Has a haircut you had ever been an impetus for romantic relationship with the person who complimented your 'do?

Not that I'm fishing for compliments from my fellow Tellwutters (I'd include a more recent picture of me here were I out to do that), but, of whatever sex of people you prefer that way, do you find bald &/or suedeheaded/crew-cutted people sexually attractive?

Considering that outdoor temperatures will be lowering for the next however many weeks and months, I'd be lying to say I don't miss the bit of insulation afforded by what more hair I had before my recent shearing. But, I do like how it's kind of counterintuitive to be shorn as I am this time of year, too.To what degree has operating contrary to expected norms (whoever's expecting them) played into your fashion decisions...however accidental they may have been?
