Makeup is so expensive today that I try to get every bit of it out of the container. Do you use a lip brush to get out every last bit of lipstick from the tube? Yes

With tubes of foundation it is difficult to squeeze out all of the makeup. I cut the tube in half and get the rest out with my fingers. Have you tried this? Yes
