It always seems that for any type of potluck gathering, that by the time you get the email or make it to the sign-up sheet, that all the easy & convenient items have been spoken for. When you see the list of main entrees/dishes that have not been spoken for, do you keep checking for something easy to bring, or do you feel obligated to sign up for one of the main dishes because no else has? I go up and down the list looking for something easy to bring, too
