To put it simply, chislic is just cubes of meat that have been thrust into a deep fryer and then poked with a toothpick, so you don't have to worry too much about using any cutlery. It's normally served with crackers and garlic salt, and the idea is to make your own little cracker sandwich. Tennessee – Slug Burgers - If you're currently wondering what on earth a slug burger is, you'll be happy to know that it's not a burger made from slugs. However, I wouldn't have been surprised considering all of the other weird food on this list. They will create a little Jello fruit salad made from pineapple and oranges and strawberries, but then they will try another kind of salad. While many people in this state are happy to simply look at the white stuff, it seems as though a large portion of locals also like it eat it. I hope they bypass the yellow snow when they are picking out the snow for their sugar on snow supper because that could be awkward. So, what is this dish? A sugar on snow supper consists of a bowl of snow topped with maple syrup and served with a donut and sometimes a pickle.
