Do you use herbs in your cooking on a regular basis? Examples - pesto from basil, sage in brown butter sauce, chive butter, or chives on baked potatoes, parsley just about any recipe, oregano and basil in Italian recipes, thyme with pork, dill with salmon or in cucumber salad, rosemary with potatoes or chicken, marjoram with roasted potatoes, potato soup, and roasted vegetables. The list is endless. Yes, I love cooking with herbs.
