She was inspired in 1962 to make this Stjerneskud when Cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin visited the capital. She presented her rocket shaped dish to Gagarin they were surrounded by Media and suddenly everyone knew about this unique dish. It has remained popular to this day and is served in many restaurants.
