Nowadays people are trying to up the protein in their recipes to make the food sustain them longer and also be a bit healthier. What I have been doing is this: In Banana Nut Muffins: if the recipe calls for 4 bananas, I reduce to 2 bananas and add 1 1/2 c plain unsweetened Greek Yogurt instead. Then I reduce the sugar from 1 c to 2/3 c or 3/4 c. If you slowly do this, you get used to the "less sweet" version and can still enjoy it. Would you consider trying this? Yes

Bone broth: Next time a recipe calls for broth of any kind, use bone broth. It will fill you up more (plus it adds collagen to your diet.) I once had to fast for 3 days. You know what's NOT fast? FASTING! I sipped bone broth each day and never felt hungry. Would you try this? Yes

Common complaint: Salads just don't fill me up. Try this: add Greek yogurt, cottage cheese, or hard boiled eggs to salad dressing - there are recipes (High Protein Dressings) on Google for these options for weight maintenance/loss. Would you consider this? Yes

30 minute wait... sometimes when I'm hungry, but am trying to control my "impulse-eating" I simply force myself to wait 30 minutes. Many times, the feeling will pass and I don't end up eating at all. Another option is to brush your teeth since nothing sounds good after that! LOL Would you try either of these? Yes
