2. Where would your dream coffee break be?
3. If you're a coffee aficionado, how far do you take your obsession?
4. The best coffee I've had was in Vietnam a couple years ago. On a trip there, my wife and I stopped to rest at a coffee shop. I was thinking of a good old classic Vietnamese coffee, but something caught my eye: egg coffee. It didn't really make sense to me so I asked the waitress what part of the egg they use and how (expecting that's the egg white, maybe mixed with sugar, like the batter for meringue), and was shocked to learn they use the egg yolk. I almost said no to it, but realized I'd never try it elsewhere so decided to get that one and getting ready to order a second normal coffee to clean my mouth after tasting eggs in my coffee.
It was the shock of my life when i tasted it and since that time it is still my favorite coffee. I've even got the phin for pouring the vietnamese coffee and every so often I make my own. If you haven't tried it, strongly recommend! (unless you're diabetic - you can't drink that if you're diabetic).
What's the weirdest coffee combo you'd try at least once?
