There are many 'healthy' baking recipes out there today, for example muffins made with apple sauce or pure maple syrup instead of refined sugar. When you bake do you ever consider these recipes, or stick to more traditional ingredients (butter, sugar, white flour, etc.)? I always seek out healthier versions of these recipes
