Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake, a popular chain in Asia, opened their first North American location in the Bay and Dundas area last week and folks have been lining up ever since. How long would you wait in line to get cheesecake?

The Japanese style cheesecake isn't as sweet as more commonly known cheesecakes and has a lighter, spongier texture. The cheesecakes take 45 minutes to bake and can only be made a dozen at a time — which adds up to an almost two hour wait for customers lined up out the door. Because of the high demand, customers are only allowed to purchase one cheesecake at a time. Have you ever had these cheesecakes?
