Results: Six months of walking can help brain

A new study published in the journal of Neurology says that walking for 6 months can impact brain function. According to the study, after just six months of exercising and following the DASH diet, the participants brain function improved by nine years. Dr. Richard Isaacson says, "many experts are already convinced about the benefits of lifestyle interventions to reduce risk of Alzheimer's and cardiovascular dementia."
