Results: Alkaline drinking water? Healthy or not that is the question!

Much discussion has been over the benefits of drinking alkaline water, many claims being made that cancer cannot live in an alkaline environment. I have read claims people have made of their cancer disappearing from drinking alkaline water and following an alkaline diet. Have you heard of this claim?

Have you ever tested your tap/well water to see what the ph level is? A ph below 7 is acidic and above is alkaline. Alkaline drinking water in the stores is generally 8-10 ph.

Following an alkaline diet I think would be a lot healthier way to try to prevent cancer, you can get a list of alkaline foods and acidic foods off the internet. Meats, citrus, alcohol, peanuts, tomato, and caffeine are some of the acidic foods. You might find that your diet has a lot of them. Most fruits, vegetables, grains etc. are alkaline. Do you think it makes sense that our bodies would benefit by alkalyising thru diet? (You can purchase ph test strips that you test on your tongue if you are curious to see your bodies ph.)
