Good mental health is essential and we must keep watch over our family, friends and ourselves. Reaching out is not a sign of weakness and it wouldn’t mean you are a burden of others. Your loved ones care about you and want to help you. It is wrong not to when you can. Anger , fear, frustration and anxiety are considered negative emotional states. These emotions make you dislike yourself and others, and reduce your confidence and self-esteem, and general life satisfaction. Have you ever had a counselor for counseling negative emotional state?
