Results: FDA Issues

There have been a lot of food recalls in the recent years and now there has been a recall of medicine tainted with fungus causing several deaths due to meningitis and a recall of organic peanut butter tainted with salmonella. Do you feel that the FDA is doing all they can to protect the public from these tainted food and drug items?

A lot of companies are supposed to be "self-policing" themselves meaning that they are supposed to inspect their factories and products to prevent tainted goods from getting out in the marketplace. Do you think that that is a good idea or that it is an easier way for a company to cheat and say that a bad product is good and put it out there for consumers to buy and possibly get sick from.

With all the recalls does it make you nervous on what you purchase for yourself and for your family?
