Cinnamon is another way to help keep nausea at bay. Soak a cinnamon stick over night in a glass of water, then drink it the next day. If you are nauseated, you can also make tea from cinnamon sticks. Just add the stick to boiling water and allow to seep. If you are chronically nauseous, adding cinnamon to your recipes could help. Have you ever done this?

Peppermint has strong anti-nausea capabilities. Drink in tea or chew some fresh leaves by themselves. The menthol in peppermint has been shown to alleviate nausea. A drop or two in hot water will create soothing fumes that you can inhale directly. Be careful not to get burned by hot fumes. Have you ever done this?
