Results: Sorry honey, 40% say mom still takes better care of them

Two in five Americans say their mom takes better care of them than their significant other does when they're sick. A new survey of 2,000 employed adults finds that men are more likely to agree that their mom takes better care of them than their partner does when they're feeling sick (43% vs. 35%). Although most prefer to keep it to themselves when they're sick (68%), more than a quarter of those surveyed say they prefer to let others know Do you typically let others know when you are sick?

Similarly, one in four have posted a picture online to show they were sick at home, with more men having done this than women (29% vs. 20%). Of the people who have posted to social while sick, 60 percent admit they've shared a "sick" selfie while at home sick. Have you ever posted a sick selfie?
