Do you have an allergy that requires you to carry an EpiPen?

Last summer my son lost his best friend due to anaphylactic shock. He had a bee allergy. He was outdoors for the rehearsal dinner for a wedding he was the best man for. He was stung and went into shock. He usually kept his EpiPen on him at all times but he left it in his truck that was nearby during the rehearsal. Even though the EpiPen was used fairly quickly, it wasn't fast enough. He was airlifted to hospital but died on the way there. He was only 24 years old. I wanted to tell this story to maybe prevent this happening to someone else. Always keep your EpiPen on you. Have you ever lost someone this way?
